Like the Classic asymmetrical style, this symmetrical triangle form has been designed to answer the many needs of the mastectomee within one form. The NEARLY ME PERSONAL TOUCH® dual silicone tapered triangle offers an individualized fit, remains very soft and lifelike while maintaining its shape in a bra and is 40% lighter than standard silicone triangle forms. The unique removable foam insert helps the form to remain cool against the chest wall to increase comfort for extended wearing . It is made with whipped silicone on the front to reduce the weight and to mimic the feel of older breast tissue. The softness and the tapered profile allows the form to drape and feel lifelike making it almost indistinguishable from natural tissue. There is a thin clear silicone layer on the back that supports the soft lighter weight gel and acts like part of the body. Each form is encapsulated in a thin polyurethane skin that is resilient and flexible yet extremely durable. Each form has a soft removable foam insert that has a layer of cotton fabric for more breathability. This helps the form remain cooler and more comfortable next to the body. These lightweight inserts are semi-adherent so they stay in position on the form back for additional support if needed. Inserts are washable and reusable. Because of the removable liner, forms can be adapted with different size liners to help customize each fit. This new NEARLY ME PERSONAL TOUCH® Dual Silicone Tapered Triangle is available in 12 sizes, fitting a variety of small to large bra sizes. All forms come with a comfort cover, have a two year warranty, are hand washable and made in the U.S.A. Removable foam liners are also available.
