Breast Lift

What is a Breast Lift?

Breast Lift is similar to breast reduction except it involves removal of excess breast skin and the nipple is brought up into a normal position changing the breast shape and not the size.

What are the risks involved in Breast Lift?

Breast lift is safe, but no surgical procedure is ever completely risk free. Some of the risks involved in Breast lift are the following:
    • The implant itself
    • Noticeable and permanent scarring
    • Unevenly aligned nipples
    • Uneven Breasts
    • Sores and Numbness around certain areas
    • Also you might require an uplifting in few years

How long will it take me to recover from a Breast Lift?

The gauze dressing will be removed by your Surgeon after a couple of days, and you will continue to wear a surgical bra. Your Surgeon will remove the stitches about two weeks after the surgery. Although your breasts will still be bruised, you may still experience temporary numbness around the nipple area and some other areas of the breast which are all temporary. It may take up to 6 months for your breasts to settle into their new look and feel. Over time, the scars around the nipple or under the breast will fade away but may remain red and bumpy for several months.

How long does the Breast Lift procedure take?

On an average the Breast Lift procedure takes between one - four hours.

What is the cost of a Breast Lift?

The cost for a Breast Lift ranges anywhere from $4500 - $7500.
